Our much-loved granola draws its inspiration from the treasured family recipe of our Head Baker, Mary Mackay. Still crafted by hand in small batches, we use only non-GMO ingredients and skip the preservatives.

Leavening bread through natural fermentation takes up to three days per loaf, but the result is exceptional flavour, texture, and nutritional value. For bread this good, it's worth the wait!
