In 1993, we opened a small bakery in Vancouver, BC, where we first baked our artisan bread and small-batch granola, filling our local community with warmth and good food.
Today, our warmth reaches many more communities, still guided by our original values: a commitment to quality ingredients, an obsession with perfection, and a heartfelt warmth in everything we do. We bake without compromise, because we believe that good food cultivates meaningful connections!
