SOURDOUGH SERIES AND FRENCH BREADS

Our Sourdough and French Breads are best kept in their original brown kraft packaging, or in a bread box.

Important Tip: Slice these rustic breads as you eat them, and cover exposed side with packaging, or place cut side down on a cutting board or plate. This will keep the bread crusty on the outside and moist and fresh on the inside.  Do not refrigerate as it will dry your bread, and do not wrap in plastic as it will soften the crust.

BRIOCHE, CHALLAH AND BIANCA VARIETIES

The Bianca flatbreads are best stored in a plastic bag.  These are our soft breads and they are made with butter and olive oil. The plastic will help keep them soft.

FREEZE OUR BREAD FOR LONGER STORAGE

Freezing bread is a great way to keep artisan bread fresh for longer periods of time. Our breads will freeze well in air-tight freezer bags for up to three months. Defrost at room temperature. Follow refresh instructions to bring back the fresh baked flavour and crust to the loaf. If your bread has been frozen sliced just pop it in your toaster or toaster oven.

REFRESH

FRESH-BAKED FLAVOUR

Nothing beats fresh-baked bread. The taste. The texture. The smell. To bring the fresh-baked feeling back, place in a pre-heated 425° oven for 3-6 mins for loaves or 2-4 mins for baguettes and flatbreads. It’s a little like having your own bakery at home, with a lot less flour on the floor.
