Breakfast Toast with Ricotta + Seasonal Fruit

INGREDIENTS:

Terra Breads Walnut Loaf - Multigrain Loaf also works well!
15 oz ricotta cheese
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Seasonal fruit
Nuts and seeds for topping (optional)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add ricotta, honey and vanilla extract to a food processor. Blend for 5-7 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.

  2. Toast two slices of bread.

  3. Wash and prepare your seasonal fruit.

  4. Spread whipped ricotta on toast. Add your favourite seasonal fruit and top with nuts or seeds.
